Show registered job seeker details when i got the call

Question

Hi Friends,

                  I am working on job portal project. And when got the call from the that particular job seeker to my cell phone. If already registered then it show all details in screen of my Desktop otherwise registration form. So how should i connect the my cell number to my project to bring the data. Whenever i got the particular job seeker.
