Slide show of images accessing from folder using jquery

Hi..
 I want slide images stored in one folder, this is not possible in asp.net its not taking folder url so it is possible to do with C# and Asp.Net ,without binding data from database.i did with databinding using jquery in asp.net....please help me...thank u....
