You all have been wonderful so far. But pls, can we take the dive deep further. I actually want 2 do a customer Care app that handles text chats from customers from diff social media channels - facebook, twitter, instagram etc. I am familiar with C# and Javascript. If I can get a sample projects and maybe code snipets that will be wonderful.

Visual Studio does not have any APIs inbuild, what you can do is download the nuget package using the VS nuget package manager.

for registering info and developer account, etc. you will have to follow the developer site of facebook, tweeter, etc.

Like Facebook Graph API for facebook, tweeter API for tweeter. Thanks. Please does Vstudio has all API tailored for it. Can you advice on the best platfrorm to develop this

every social media platform has its API to interact with it, including the chatting too.

you can always google yourself to find such solutions, then gather that in single project to cover fb, twitter, etc.
