My task is
For Example:NDTV.com website is there in that we have facebook,Twitter,Google+.
When i click the facebook button in NDTV it goes to facebook.com/ndtv
and when i login into facebook it takes me to NDTV page.
In the same way i have to integrate in my website.
Please tell how to write code for this and please suggest me any links or if you have code please write for me please

You say "click the facebook button". Okay so you need to give the button the linke you need; whatever address that you need it to go to.
That is simple, so perhaps you are trying to ask how to do something that is more complicated to do and if so then I do not understand.
