Socket Server Connection Issue

I'have make a android Client and C# Server Socket application it's working fine on Wifi Internet but when i switch on Mobile Data it's Not connecting to Server is there any solution for this.

Looks like it is IP and port issue. As you have not posted your code, it is difficult to say anything. Do have a look at below link, if it can help you:
