Suppose you are a software engineer in a reputed company and you have developed a software initially for a few hundred users. After sometimes the software is being used by thousands of users and its response is very slow. You need to make changes to it to improve its performance either by refactoring or restructuring it. What you say guys about it also mention its advantages

Hello Zubair Younas,
Here, I mentioned a few considerations of my thought. if any unnecessary thing, sorry for that in advance.
First of all, once remember the objective of this software and functionality.
You can get feedback from various users (problems and future extraction).
Find a solution for problems along with professional ethics.
Construct a better team
Identify the Risks. Be clear about it.
List the possibilities to overcome that with under consideration of the financial, team collaboration, and other sources of possible income.
Evaluate the solution then choose the better one.
You can reconstruct that within the estimated time.
Publish betta testing.
Finally, execute and monitor.
Advantages:
Rapidly solve customer problems.
Enrich your business.
You can be motivated to do another big deal.
Get a benefit number of jobless.
