Solution of Hybrid connections in Azure as it is Deprecated

Dear lag,

Can you please guide me with the solution by which I can connect my local database connection string through Azure. Hybrid Connection is option earlier but now it is deprecated.

Hybrid connections are based on Azure service relay.
