Sometime record inserting two time in sql table.

Try to rebuild the code or share your code, as primary key cannot insert duplicate values

I have already set primery key for table.

on button click should be inserting only one record in the table, but one more record also inserted in the table.

I have check all the code it's fine.

Please check below table for sample.

sr.no name city

1 abc city1

2 abc city1

Haven't you put any primary key in database?
