Sometime I can see there are spam questions on forum and generally I mark them as spam but at the same time when I refresh page there I can't find any mark identification that question has been marked as spam by someone.
I want to immediate removal of spam question or hide them until admin review. Any clarification on this would be helful to all regarding spam questions.
Admin can add restriction or filter to adding some spam words.

Thanks for your concern, however, let me tell you that we also follow a strict procedure to remove spams from the website. The restriction is applied to a number of spam words already. Also, the Editorial team keeps an eye on the spams and removes the spam as soon as it appears.
One more thing, whenever you mark a post as spam, an email is auto-generated immediately and is sent to the Support team.
