sql server , MVC, Entity framework

Question

   Hello
please i have a probleme in my data base sql server
my application is MVC and entity framework

the base with a red and believe the data are not stored in the table
(only at the moment of execution of my application).
the code is good there is no error but the data is not stored

the code works well when I worked on vs 2010
but after I installed 2013 I can view data but can not modify or store
I'm sure the code and just so I think the problem comes from sql server configuration
