ssl Localhost privacy error.How to resolve

tried to connect with development server certificate Running on IIS express . working with dot net core .Now I m accessing api from dot net client console application giving me ssl error

for development remove the SSL.
In the file Properties/launchSettings.json of your project, look at the key applicationUrl. You will find something like:
... "applicationUrl": "https://localhost:5001;http://localhost:5000", ...
Remove the https endpoint and it's done.
