Success/Failure in Transaction Payment

Question

I have a payment Gateway , when i try to pay cash the transaction initialise ,immediately due to my network issues the payent doesnt shows Success or Filure .What Should I do to resolve this Problem .Also My projects Shows Success when transaction Complete and

Shows Failure when any documentation failed with any Visa/aster Cards..

but there is no way to Show error when transaction is Pending that means Whenever a network issue occured..
