Suggestion

Hi sir!

 

Please give me a favour i m fresher in asp.net and i m working in under observation period a company.

but the problem is that i cannot implement my logic because i m weak in programming so please can u guide me how i can increase my logics and implement in my work, i have problem in my logic understanding, i m so curious about programming but don't get proper guideline that how can i do it or which reffrence book in good for me, i have wrox publication book asp.net 4.0 but  i have no full suggestions like wpf,mvc.

so at last please help me out..
