Here web application is installed in server, and window application or service is installed in window start-up in many clients. Whenever the DB changes is happen in the Client machine(For this we need to create on column in the particular table called Status),by default the status in false in server.when new row is inserted in the client machine Db, the db will get the row with the status=True, The true status rows will be updated whenever service calling the server and client.
