Syncronization with oracle10 and sqlserver ce3.5

Can you please explain how can i syncronization between oracle10g and sql server ce3.5.

Oracle10g to sqlserver ce3.5 syncronization

sqlserver ce to oracle 10g syncronization

Upload and download for both ways

Please give a me  help

if you can please upload sample source , it would be grate
