System Working - Slow

Hi,
I have this problem since 2 days.My system became very slow,when perform actions. I check it in task manager also.When I restart my system,it'll take nearly 20 mins to assemble all files.I delete unwanted files from my system.Can anyone help me to do this?

If you want to clean up the unwanted files from your system follow these steps.

Click Start -> In Searchbox write "Disk Cleanup", it will ask you for drive you want to clean up and the the type of files. You can clean all your disks in this way..
