How to take a picture snapshot and save it as .jpg in C# from IP Camera

There are a number of different ways you can do this. If you are looking for an SDK for this, such as the Leadtools Multimedia toolkit, (www.leadtools.com), you can manually capture a specific frame with no video feed, capture a single frame from the video as it is playing, or use a callback filter, which will let you access each frame as it runs in order to modify the image before it is displayed or to save it to a file.

I tried it long back using window forms and its working perfect check below code and in form add PictureBox, two Button controls.
