Hello R Balu, i agree with Farhan Ahmed, First you start learning web technologies which are demand in software industry, also do online courses there are so many Microsoft MVP's trains in pluralsight / udemy / anyother sites you have to choose triainer as Farhan Ahmed suggested mosh hamedani etc, Since you have good experience in winforms your capable to quick learn to switch web, you can tell stright away i have so and so exp in winforms and i am intrested in web dev and i have recently taken online courses from these website and these are my trainers and i have done good practices too like that you should tell confidently. Take use of C# Corner also.
