if you want use Text Change-Event Of Text Box in Asp.Net then Must Set property Auto Postback = true

If you have Textbox control in the web page, double click on the textbox control in the design view will automatically generate the event code.
Or else you can write the click property in the control itself,
In the .aspx.cs page, you need to define like this.
protected void TextBox1_TextChanged(object sender, EventArgs e)
