Text Box explodes with HTML in it

Question

I have a text box where the user is supposed to enter a short document using html. When I click on any button, the following error occurs: A potentially dangerous Request.Form value was detected from the client (tbDescription="

This is t..."). When I remove the html codes the error goes away
