Text Search in Word Document

Question

Hi All

In our project we have a requirement for resume search

They will save resumes in file system in a hirarchial manner like in technology wise folders
we need to implement a future to search the resumes based on the given key words and this has to support logical operators like and ,or

if you give "java or .net and webservices" this has to list all the resumes having either java or .net and webservices. if we clik one perticular resume all the given keywords should be highlited in the resume

Currently they are using file system to store resumes. Can any one suggest to me a way to do this in the file system if not with SQL Server
