text with the image save

Question

hi .... I want to save the image with the text.... For example in msWord we can copy the image with the text also.. like that i want to copy in MsWord(image with the text) and paste into some .net controls(i dont know which control...) and save in database...  is this possible .. Tell me your suggestion
