The browser was unable to communicate with the server HTTP error

Thankl you all for your response, issue is happening in my Production and local environment. Yes I am using WEB API (HttpClient).

I am getting this popup message, when I am trying to perform save action it will take more then 2 minutes to respond back and then I am getting this error message.

first tell me how are you getting a popup? browser doesnt open a popup untill anything related to authorization(http authorization basic etc) is configured. and show your code causing this error. what are you using HttpClient,RestClient or simply trying to run a dot net app which results this error.
