I have experience in using SQL SERVER in C# programming, but I didn't use it in Android programming, Mostly the Android Platform uses "SQLite" DB. Because as per SQLite.org : "SQLite is an in-process library that implements a self-contained, serverless, zero-configuration, transactional SQL database engine. AFAIK, most of the Android developers uses SQLite. Also, SQL syntax are almost same between SQL Server and SQLite.
