 Let me explain you the derivation of string a+(a+a)*a

 

we will take string a ="R"

 

string a="R"  => if you add the string (a+a) means it will add like "RR"

 

again you are adding a+(a+a) => Now the stirng is "RRR"

 

But finally you are trying to multiply the string, it should show complie time error, We cannot make any multiplication and division for strings, If you trying to do that , you will get the following compilation error
