Please install Access database engine from below link...

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=23734

and write below connection string...

string SourceConstr = @"Provider=Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0;Data Source=" + strfilename + ";Extended Properties= 'Excel 8.0;HDR=Yes;IMEX=1'";

thnx ravi, installed the above exe on my server and do not need to change the connection strin, i am working with same connection string.

i had followed the link, but in my application the "any CPU" is already selected.
