check your cs page there should be same name. and here why you have write masterpage== there should be single = operator

for this you can use show gritter jquery from github or search on google I have no more idea about gritter but i know gritter will show message as you want. search for gritter google. syntax is like this ScriptManager.RegisterClientScriptBlock(Page, this.GetType(), "CallJS", "showGritter('Record Not Found...','No Record For Search','top-center');", true); return;

what is your page name you have write codefile name is Login and it inherits to Default page If login is page name then it should inherit login and in cs code name should be same check it
