The type or namespace name 'DAL' could not be found

i have actually 3 projects inside a .sln file
DAL
BAL 
UI/PRESENTATION LAYER

"DAL" already has many class files as well "BAL" has.
But when i am adding a new item(CLASS FILE) in "DAL" say "ClsDataPriceList" and building the DAL project
 and providing reference in BAL project, i should be able to access the class "ClsDataPriceList" in any class of BAL project. but i am not able to access the class name in BAL project class files

Make sure you project reference to the respective projects.

ASPX / web project should have reference to BAL Project.
BAL project should have reference to DAL project.
