Python by default appends the newline character to all print functions. If you want to change the default-end-of-line character you can specify it as a parameter in the print statement.

print("bm of" + str(x + 1) + " ", end = '')

Your code is also only getting the last value of g1 entered because Gr1 doesn't have the same indent level as the for loop.

Gr1 = set()
for x in range(0, 3):
print("bm of " + str(x + 1) + " ", end='')
g1 = input()
Gr1.add(g1)

This results in Gr1:

{'march', 'may', 'april'}

You can extend this to Gr2 as well.

Once this is done you can use your set operators:

Gr1 | Gr2
Gr1 & Gr2
Gr1 - Gr2

Note these operators return a new set which is the result of the operation.
