Tiles structure in webpage design.

Hi...

How to make tiles like structure in a webpage (Default1.aspx) ??

Tiles means - Just like Windows 8.

Eg -

In a panel, say there are 5 tiles (rectangle or oval shape).

When user clicks on 1 tile, the system redirects it to other page.

On such rectangles, there are images. (Just like image button control).

How to make such design in a webpage ?? Please help !!
