Time stamp change for Access database

Hi All,

Does somebody have any idea of why does the time stmap of the access database changes each time i use it. I dont make any changes, i just open it to view and close it, but still the time stamp gets updated.

Can please somebody help.

My client is questioning me on the same

I dont know what to answer him
