As F1 doesn't appear to be a 'system key', I'd try this:

private void Window_KeyDown(object sender, KeyEventArgs e)

{

switch (e.Key)

{

case Key.F1:

// e.Handled = true;

MessageBox.Show("Please contact Tan Thiam Huat @ 90795159");

can you give the full code? I cannot write SendKeys.Send({F1}) in my code... what other reference do I need to bring in ?
