TO calculate total amount

I want to automatically calculate the total amount based on the GST %,Discount %,Price in C#

You need total amount of Price + GST after considering Discount. There's some business also there as GST can calculate before discount or even after discount. I hope it's after discount what in India its calculating and that logic is as below. But this logic may change depends on country. Make sure that

all such calculations to be in a common component
All GST , Discount etc.. should be taken from config files as they can change at any time
