To get the values when names are specified in xml files

Hi ALL..

I want to write a code in C#.NET Console Application..

I had used the XmlTextReader for reading the names & values from the xml files..Similarly please help me in getting the "value" in the xml file when i give a "name" that is in the xml file..

Plz provide me the code to do..i.e getting the values in the xml files when i give the names ...
