to know about c# inforamation with regad to capture voice

we are going to implement a voice commanded UML system using C#. But still we can't find how to do it. we have idea about C# . But we don't no how to do it. if you can please tell me steps should i follow.

you have to download the speechlib.dll from this link and add a reference to it from within your project
http://www.processlibrary.com/directory/files/interop.speechlib/
then try this simple line of code
```
SpVoice voice = new SpVoice();
voice.Speak("aaaslaaamma meant hello in north african language", SpeechVoiceSpeakFlags.SVSFDefault);
