You can do it through combination of Javascript, View and Partial view. Please follow below steps:

 

Step1: Write javascript to load part of your page partially. So you need to use setInterval() method to call reload content. You have to set time(2000) means it will realod the content after 2 seconds.

In each call you need to send Ajax request to server. Please go through below links for Javascript code:

Step2: Here you need to design your view page and partial view. The content which you want to load partially you need to declare as PartialView. And each Ajax request you need to load partial view. Here is the link:
