I want to put place holder on it...

Hi Ravi,
try using jquery :

$(document).ready(function(){
$('form').find("input[type=textarea]").each(function(ev)
{
if(!$(this).val()) {
$(this).attr("placeholder", "Type your answer here");
}
});
});
