Toogle row in FooTable

Question

Good Day.

 

I am looking to accomplish the following http://webapplayers.com/inspinia_admin-v2.9.1/table_foo_table.html  (row toggle) but using a database with entity framework, any assistance with regards to documentation to assist will be appreciated. I tried following the example on the theme but to no success.
