I want to get information about how many documents created, edited and deleted on current SharePoint Online Site with user who has performed operation using JavaScript.

I tried using Site Activity but I was unable to make successful.

I want to know whether this is really possible? If yes then how?

SharePoint doesnt contains any detail whether its updated from JSOM. The only way you could achieve is that to have a custom mechanism to track this (say a column named 'EditedFromJson') & update it when you update data from json code.
