how i transfer the data of datagrid column of one form into the the text of another form

Store values of your datagrid column in a property and access that in another form. On how to pass values between forms check this out: http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/vbcon/html/vbtskpassingvaluesbetweenwebformspages.asp or store your datagrid values in a session object. Retreive it in another form and then destroy the session object. Cheers, Yasser
