Two issues with my account details

Hi There,
I am facing few issues with website:
1. I am a member of c-sharpcorner.com. Last week I replied to couple of forum question and one of them was accepted. If I know correctly there are some points associated with such actions. But I can't see any assigned to me.
2. After signing-in, if I click my account, it takes me to registration page. Dont know why !?

Please guide me.
