Two same method in two different asp.net project

I am involving into the problem from past three days I have to send email on form creation , so when the user submit the form I will send an email , to send an email i write two methods one is having simple text in body and another is well formatted html template , Now when i send the message using the formatted method it sends email to all other domain addresses like gmail,yahoo mail , but not sending the message to my domain like [email protected] sometimes it send mail and some times it did not what would be the reason i am getting no exception it simply executes the method below is my code snippet .

As per your comment it should work if you didn't change any configuration.

Secondly are you getting any exception when you are sending emails. If so please share the exception details.
