UI responsiveness delays in Universal Windows Phone app[UWP]

Hi All,

I have added content control in a stack panel based on the data count in the ViewModel dynamically with a grid and content presenter and rectangle as its child.

Now I drag a rectangle over the content control.

Based on the pointer entered and pointer exit I change the content control's child properties. I get UI responsive delays only in Universal Windows Phone App. How to reduce it?
