The Web services enumeration components are not available. you need to reinstall Visual Studio to add web references to your application.
I am using VS2008. Please help me without installing vs2008
Unable to add web service in to my application
I used to add web services to my applications. Today i did something wrong , while opening i click proj file instead of .sln file. Then vs prompted me with an error running package or something, I pressed yes. After then i can't able to add web service to my web application. I am getting the following error.

Start->Run->type devenv /resetskippkgs
