How to enable remote access to azure vm if it is disable mistakenly in system properties

NOw I am not getting any pop up to enter user name and password

Please help me regarding this

Quick troubleshooting steps

After each troubleshooting step, try reconnecting to the VM:

2. 2. Check Network Security Group rules / Cloud Services endpoints.
3. 3. Review VM console logs.
4. 4. Check the VM Resource Health.
5. 5. Reset your VM password.
6. 6. Restart your VM.
7. 7. Redeploy your VM.

I guess, it was due to some inconsitency in the configuration while setting-up a remote access. Please go through the below blogs and troubleshoot.
