Unable to find user name after adding new item in SP list

Greetings!

 

i have a list with colums title(single line text) and name( prople or gruop). when i tried to add a new item to the list, i am able to resolve user name in name column but when i save it i could find user name in name column(refer screen shot). I could see my name when i add new item with my name in name column.

 

 

 

same user is present in owners as well as visitors groups but when i checked, i could not find in either groups when ichecked . I  tried /_catalogs/users/simple.aspx and /_catalogs/users/detail.aspx to see if user is present in hidden list but unable to find. also, i deleted user from UPS( user profile service) and added then also couldn't find.

 

Please help on this issue
