Hi Rahman,
We can able merge both the record,
but while merging columns we should have select proper columns
if we were not selected proper values we will get An unexpected error occurred from ISV code. exception

Yes, using OOB merging functionality will helpful for the merging the records. But this will come when you have added duplicate records with same name or whatever you selected columns in duplicate detection rule.

I don't think MS Dynamic 365 provides a direct merge of two accounts. But please wait for others to anser.
