Unable to run project getting "unable to copy file" problem

I am getting problem while run my project in visual studio 2019. A error "unable to copy file...." pop up during debugging. How can i solve this problem and avoid in future. Plz help me. My error message is attached.

This is a known bug in VS. No its does not effect your project.

Thank you for replying, i just want to confirm that by deleting bin folder, is there any effect on my current project, secondly, reason for this sort of problem to avoid future occurences.

Solution:

1. Close the project.
2. Delete the bin folder.
3. Open the project.
4. Clean and Rebuild the project.
