Unable to use any short-cut keys

Reset all the keyboard shortcuts - VS2010

Go to Tools -> Import and Export Settings ->

or

Go to Tools -> Options -> Import and Export Settings ->

Select Reset Settings -> Next -> Select the option you needed ->

Next -> pick "General Development Settings" and Finish.
