You can use TextWrapping property and set the vertical scrollbar to auto
"Wrap" Margin="10,20,30,20" VerticalScrollBarVisibility="Auto">
This textbox uses text wrapping. This is a useful feature to avoid truncated words. I've added a scroll bar to the WPF TextBox to enable the user to read all the text in those cases when the TextBox is too small to display it all at once.

Hi,

Please use TextWrapping="Wrap" property
"24,15,200,59" TextWrapping="Wrap" >Enter Your Text values to wrap
